Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

We work with carefully selected international suppliers to offer unique and high-quality fashion pieces to our customers worldwide.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers may request to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that:

  • The item has not been used

  • The item is returned in its original condition

  • No damage has been caused to the product

In the event of cancellation:

  • A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or $30 USD (whichever is lower) may apply where permitted by law.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

✔ Item is new, unworn, and unwashed
✔ Original tags are attached
✔ No perfume, makeup, stains, or odors
✔ Item is returned in its original condition

Please note:

  • Sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

  • Return instructions and return address will be provided by customer support after contacting us.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost

  • Store credit

  • A full refund

4. Shipping Times

Orders are shipped directly from our international suppliers.

Estimated delivery time:
7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

5. Size & Fit Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before placing an order.

If the selected size does not fit, an exchange may be requested in accordance with our return policy.

Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Warranty Policy

AMOURA provides a warranty against manufacturing defects only.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Misuse, accidents, or improper handling

  • Failure to follow garment care instructions

Claims related to manufacturing defects will be reviewed individually and may qualify for a replacement, refund, or store credit.
